The dining room
The dining room at Il Poggio welcomes guests, delighting the senses: first the eyes, captivated by the brick vaulted ceiling; then the nose, with the scents of the countryside, freshly cut grass, and traditional food; then the sense of touch, with the raw plaster walls and stone guiding the way to the tables; next the ears, with the quiet; and finally taste, suspended between the courses of our rustic tradition. These are the elements for spending a couple of hours in perfect harmony with the senses.
