The first level consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, including a table and 4 chairs, a 160x200 double sofa bed, a service bathroom with toilet and sink, and a south-facing balcony. The upper level is a loft, accessible via an internal wooden staircase. This area features a double bed and is framed by a characteristic exposed wooden beam ceiling. The floor is completed by the main bathroom, equipped with toilet, bidet, sink, and shower. The apartment is equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.
