The Barbera apartment is laid out on two levels. The first level consists of a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, including a table and 4 chairs, a 160x200 double sofa bed, and a balcony overlooking the tennis courts. On the same floor, there is a double bedroom with a private bathroom complete with toilet, sink, and shower. The upper level is a loft with a sloping ceiling, accessible via an internal wooden staircase. Framed by a characteristic exposed wooden beam roof, the loft can accommodate two children in 2 single beds. This floor also includes a service bathroom equipped with a toilet, bidet, and sink. The apartment features TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning.
