For sports lovers, Il Poggio Agrisport offers: 4 synthetic Mapei tennis courts, 1 RedPlus clay tennis court, five-a-side football, beach volleyball, boules, and a private 3 km cycling and walking path. Courts can be rented by the hour. The Tennis Club “Il Poggio Agrisport” is ready to welcome players who wish to challenge themselves in this noble sport. At Il Poggio, both individual and group tennis lessons are available for adults and children of all ages, directed by National Coach Graziano Silingardi with the Tennis+ school. Tennis events are organized throughout the year for all members.
Il Poggio hosts FIT and TPRA tournaments, having welcomed the Giancarlo Silingardi Memorial in 2020 and even the international ITF in 2018. It is also accessible for wheelchair tennis. The 4 Mapei resin courts offer excellent playability on a medium-fast surface, while the RedPlus clay court is perfect for lovers of clay tennis. Both the clay court and two of the resin courts are covered during the winter season with double-membrane pressostatic domes, bright and heated.
